School fencing is rarely one job. Sites get reorganised, entrances move, and gates that were fine ten years ago end up in the wrong place or the wrong size. St Simon's Primary in Bolton is a good example of the way we tend to work with a school over time.
The core installation was green steel fencing with matching gates and gate railings at the entrances. Since then we have been back to repair and modify a gate, and to extend a steel gate so it closes a wider opening, working in school holidays and out of hours so the site is never left open during the day.
For schools we use flat-top or bow-top profiles rather than pointed pales, powder-coated in the school's colour. Gate work is timed around the school day and the site is left secure at the end of every visit.
